So lets go to the main thing...

Like me the apps I use most on my phone is Telegram and Whatsapp, so I off them for battery optimisation, when they are off for battery optimisation, they dont use background data, they die easily when you kill them (I mean when you close them they are closed for real, no background usage of anything from them) so those app you dont need quick notification from, you on them for battery optimisation.

Like me now when I on my data only notifications and messages from Whatsapp and Telegram will enter, no other app will send message or notification until I open them.

HOW DO I PUT APPS ON FOR BATTERY OPTIMIZATION (HOW DO I SAVE MY BATTERY LIFE, HOW DO PREVENT MY PHONE FROM HANGING WHEN I ON MY DATA)?

* Goto settings
* Click on Apps, then all apps
* Select the app use want to on for battery Optimization
* Click on battery
* Then battery optimization
* Any app that is tagged with "Not Optimized" and you want to optimise it, click on it
* Then optimise.

THERE IS NO BATTERY OPTIMIZATION ON MY PHONE, WHAT DO I DO?

Yes, some device doesnt have Battery Optimisation, its simply called HEARTBEAT SYNC in some phones

* From your settings, just goto Power Saving Management
* Select Heartbeat Sync
* Off the apps that is not very important and thats all

MY PHONE DONT HAVE BATTERY OPTIMISATION AND NO HEARTBEAT SYNC, IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?

Yes, there is something you can do as you will just put your phone on for Battery Saver from any percent your phone is.
